Fred and his team at GTA Contracting Trust Inc. just finished our basement and we couldn't be happier. From day one, Fred was an excellent communicator; he kept us updated on progress, walked us through our options, explained the pros and cons of each choice in a way we could easily understand, and never left us guessing. The material and craftsmanship were top quality. What really stood out was how much pride Fred takes in his work--and not just his own. Several times during the project he noticed small things around our home that had nothing to do with the project (like a misaligned door alarm sensor) and simply fixed them on the spot, no charge and no expectation of anything in return. It says a lot about the kind of contractor he is. He and his crew also cleaned up thoroughly every single day, and by the time they wrapped up, all that was left for us to do was a quick sweep and mop. We had Fred do some renovation in our condo units last summer and we always rely Fred for all of our contracting needs. Fred is reliable and his craftmanship is great. He's punctual, reliable, honest, and ensures everything to the smallest details are done correctly and up to standards. Even last winter, our tenant broke our kitchen sink claiming they didn't forcefully break it and Fred fixed it ensuring the sink doesn't ever detach from the countertop. GTA Contracting to the rescue!  We had 2 toilets with issues, and our bathroom had a shower problem with very little hot water coming out.  My uncle recommended Fred and his crew, and they came to give us a quote that was reasonable.  We contracted them for that Monday.  They came on time and replaced 3 toilets, a powder room vanity, along with fixing the bathroom shower that same day.  When they left, it was like they weren't even there. Fred’s renovation team is a gem. I couldn’t be more thankful that we contracted them for our home renovation job.
